Mary's Well

St. Mary’s Well was almost the sole water source of Nazareth in ancient times so it is a fairly safe statement to say that Mary used to draw water from there. Recent excavations show that the whole complex was much larger than originally thought, and the part that the Greek Orthodox Church is built over is only a small corner of the spring area.
