The Israel Ambassador for Britain attended The Israel Government Tourist Office’s 60th anniversary celebrations on Wednesday 14th May. Held at the Thistle Hotel, Marble Arch, the event was very well attended by journalists, travel agents, tour operators, clergy and many other friends of Israel. The event not only celebrated this landmark date in history, but also promoted Tel Aviv and Jerusalem as the main destination cities for travel to the stunning destination.
The banquet of food provided a mouth-watering gastronomic experience for all, whilst the award-winning wine that flowed was one of the main highlights of the evening. The Heads of the Tel Aviv and Jerusalem Hotel Associations presented the latest updates on
new and exciting developments in their cities, showing the latest British television coverage over dinner. Business between the attending hotelier exhibitors and agents was keenly discussed and continued on into the night.
Thursday 15th May saw Manchester hosting another similar exhibition which was another well attended successful event enjoyed by all.
